Q) How long will delivery take for my order?

 

A) We always aim to get your order to you within 7 working days. If we have run out of stock for a particular fragrance then we will contact you to either replace the item with an alternative fragrance, or offer you a refund if you would prefer which would be processed back to your account within 3-5 working days.

 

 

Q) Which courier service do you use?

 

A) Your orders will be delivered by Hermes. They will contact you on the morning of the day they will deliver and will give you the option to reschedule or have them leave the order in a safe place. We are unable to provide you with tracking information but please email us at homeofcloud9@hotmail.com with your order number if you would like an update.

 

 

Q) What are the delivery cost's?

 

A) Delivery within the UK is charged at £3.10 per order, international shipments are air freighted at £12.00 per order.

 

 

Q) My order has been damaged during transit. Can I exchange it?

 

A) In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged we would be more than happy to refund or exchange it. Please return the items in their original packaging to our contact address. We will refund you for the return delivery cost once received.

 

 

Q) I would like to sell your melts wholesale.

Q) How can I pay for my order?

 

A) Payments are made through our online store by Paypal.

 

 

Q) Is payment information stored?

 

A) We never have access to your payment card details as these are held securely by Paypal.

 

 

Q) Are there other payment methods available?

 

A) If you would prefer to make payment via a direct bank transfer then please email us on homeofcloud9@hotmail.com to arrange.
